Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your TAFT products, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, original-condition footwear. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your collection with absolute confidence.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, including the dust bags and any accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for unworn condition, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
